Sessions are booked by the hour or in bundled blocks — tell us if you're tracking a single, an EP, or a full album so we can scope the right amount of time. A one-hour retainer ($60) locks in your date, and you'll leave with professionally mixed stems ready for release, with two rounds of revisions built into every package.
We work across every major DAW — Pro Tools first, plus Reason, Reaper, Logic, and FL Studio — so your session drops right into whatever workflow you're already using.

Package pricing is built around session length, number of looks, and locations — pick the tier that fits, then add on extras if you need them. A retainer secures your date, and every package includes professionally edited, high-resolution images delivered within the timeframe you choose. You'll first receive a watermarked preview set; once you approve your photos and the remaining balance is paid, we send the final images without watermarks.

Send over any brand colors, reference images, or existing assets before your retainer so we can hit the ground running. Every package includes two rounds of revisions, and premium items (marked with a small red badge) reflect extra production time. These terms apply to all services provided by Studio SVN (“Studio SVN,” “we,” “us”), including recording, mixing, photography, videography, graphic and motion design, voice over, DJ drops and voice tags, merch, and prints. By booking a service or paying a retainer, you agree to them.
Prices on this website are starting rates. Custom, long-form, motion, merch, packaging, and print work is quoted based on scope, and the price in your quote or invoice is the price that applies.
Half of the total price is due as a retainer to secure your date and start your project. The retainer is credited toward your total price and is non-refundable. Any speedy delivery fee is due with your retainer. The remaining balance is due as stated in your quote or invoice. Please send all files, logos, images, reference tracks, scripts, and notes needed for your project before sending your retainer.
For photography, videography, and visual design, half of the total is due as a retainer to secure your date or start your project. We first deliver a watermarked preview: a preview photo set after your shoot, a watermarked preview of your video, or a watermarked preview of your design. When you approve it, the remaining balance is due, and we send your final files without watermarks once it has been paid. Watermarked previews are for review only and may not be posted, printed, used, or edited. Raw footage is not included unless we agree otherwise in writing.
For mixing, half of the total is due as a retainer to start your project. We first deliver a protected preview mix that is for review only and may not be released, posted, or distributed. When you approve it, the remaining balance is due, and we send your final files once it has been paid.
For recording sessions, the retainer is one hour of studio time ($60), which books your session and is credited toward the session total. The balance is due at the end of your session, and your files are released once it has been paid.
For DJ drops, voice tags, and venue shout outs, full payment is due up front, including any speedy delivery fee that applies.
For voice over coaching, pay-as-you-go sessions are paid before each session. The 5-hour coaching package is half due to book and the balance due before your reel is recorded, and your mixed reel is delivered once the package is paid in full. A standalone reel follows the same payment steps as mixing.
Voice over coaching packages include the coaching and recording time listed and a fully mixed reel of up to 90 seconds with two rounds of revisions. Sessions can be split up and must be used within 90 days of booking; time not used within that window expires. When a reel is booked on its own, recording time is billed at the hourly coaching rate.
Delivery times shown on this website (standard and speedy) are estimates. For sessions and shoots they count from the date of the session, and for photography and video they refer to your watermarked preview. For design, voice over, and mixing work they count from when we have your retainer and all the materials for your project, and for design and mixing they refer to your preview. For drops, tags, and shout outs they count from when we have your payment and your details. Long-form and custom projects are given a delivery date in your quote. We work hard to meet every date, but late or missing materials, or feedback that arrives late, may move it.
Projects include two rounds of revisions unless your quote says otherwise. A round is one set of requested changes sent together. Changes beyond your included rounds, or requested after final approval, are billed as a revamp. For design work, revamps start at $35 for a text update and $50 for an image update. For mixing, each extra revision round is $50 per song, and changes that need new takes, vocals, or arrangement edits are billed at our $60 hourly studio rate. For video, each extra revision round is $50, and larger re-edits are quoted. For other services, revamps are quoted.
Retainers are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to find a new date based on availability. For coaching sessions, please give at least 24 hours' notice; a no-show or a cancellation with less notice counts as a used session. If we need to reschedule a session, we will work with you to find a new date. Once work has started, payment for that work is non-refundable. This includes custom work such as DJ drops, voice tags, and shout outs, and coaching time you have used. A coaching package includes its mixed reel whether or not you choose to record it.
You keep ownership of the materials you provide, such as logos, artwork, recordings, music, samples, scripts, and photos. You confirm that you own them or have permission to use them, including any samples, trademarks, or likenesses. You are responsible for clearing any third-party rights in materials you ask us to use, and for any claims that arise from them.
Once you have paid in full, you may use the finished work we deliver for the purpose it was created. We keep ownership of our working files, unused concepts, and tools, and any transfer of full copyright or exclusive rights must be agreed in writing. Voice over usage terms, such as where and for how long a spot may run, are set out in your quote.
Unless you tell us in writing before your session or project, we may show the work we create for you in our portfolio, on this website, and on social media. This includes photos and video from shoots and events. If you are our client and appear in photos or video we capture for you, you agree that we may use them to promote Studio SVN. If there is something you would rather we not share, let us know in writing and we will respect that.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Studio SVN is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost income or a missed event, and our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service at issue.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on the date you book applies to your booking.

This policy explains what information Studio SVN collects through this website and how we use it.
If you use a contact form on this site, the details you enter (name, phone, email, and message) go into an email from your own email app, addressed to us. The website itself does not store them. If you book through our scheduling link, Calendly collects the information you enter there under its own privacy policy.
We do not use analytics or advertising trackers on this site. The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google to fetch them and Google may receive your IP address. The site also uses your browser’s session storage to remember that you dismissed the consultation button during your visit. That information stays on your device.
We use the information you send us to reply to inquiries, prepare quotes, schedule and deliver services, and keep business records.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with services we use to run our business (such as email and scheduling), when the law requires it, or with your permission.
This site links to Instagram, Google reviews, and Calendly. Those sites have their own privacy practices.
We keep inquiry emails and project records for as long as we need them for business and legal reasons. To ask what we have about you or to have it deleted, email us at the address below and we will respond.
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
